The Team:

Founder of Ledge Studio, Javier has a passion in designing homes that tells a story by identifying the primary needs and wants of his clients. An Alumni of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Javier studied abroad in Italy where gained a greater appreciation for Art, Photography, and Architecture. Because of this incredible experience each project is designed with unique characteristics allowing the building to speak for itself. 

Along with designing residential, Javier has experience in designing commercial including retail, dental, and restaurants as well as school (K-12). 

In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, working on his classic cars, traveling, fishing, kayaking, and time with his family.

Jaqui wears many hats not only as the company’s Marketing Director but as our preferred Realtor. With over 10 years of marketing experience she has the ability and passion to bring creativity to each project/ property with her visionary marketing capabilities. On top of her marketing background she’s been in real estate for 9 years so chances are she’s worked in your neighborhood and is well informed with the current market conditions.

In her free time she enjoys reading and watching documentaries on true crime, traveling, cuddling with her dogs, and spending as much quality time with her family. 

Black Lab Mix enjoys short walks, napping, and getting lots of attention from everyone she meets. When she's not being a dog, she brings so much joy to her family.
